Single Screw Extruder

This kind of extruder is mainly used at PVC,PE,PP,PC,ABS and other thermoplastic material extrusion. Equipped with suitable die head, mould and downstream equipment, the extruder can produce many plastic products, such as pipe,plate,bar,film,at etc. It also can be used at palletizing system.

The extruder has advanced design, high output capacity, good plasticization, and low wnwrgy consumption. The extruder adopts hard surface gears for transmission. Such gearbox features low noise, table operation, large loading and long longevity. It has PLC/PCC control or ABB transducer, RKC temperature control.
